Possibly unregistered chip? Dog seems to be very shy/leary of people. Hard to get close to him. Condo residents are feeding/watering him. ]]>

<![CDATA[My neighbor found a small blue parakeet (budgee)on Tuesday and handed it over to my daughter and I. We think this was probably someones pet since it was very friendly and tame. It was very small (less than 5 months old), still had not had it's first molt yet so it's head feathers were still striped all the way down. We put the bird in cage overnight with a cover, a small amount of food, and some water.Unfortunately the bird passed away in the night and we awoke to find it still in a sleeping position , but dead.We burried it this morning in the greenbelt behind our house.
