This position will support the implementation and monitoring of AIDS Foundation of Chicago (AFC) Programs among a coordinated system of Case Managers and other service providers through a coordinated client-level reporting system named ClientTrack , and implementing and supporting ongoing direct data entry quality efforts. Principal responsibilities of this position include the following: • Function as the data support staff to ensure consistency in data for case management and housing services in the AFC’s coordinate service system.
