The individual we seek will have the responsibility to drive the development of product while maintaining cost reduction initiatives. He/she must work along with other Product and Design Engineers to optimize products from the standpoint of design, parts consolidation, materials, tooling and manufacturability. Qualifications include an Engineering degree, and at least five years of experience in a “hard goods” Industry. Experience with Pro/Engineer/Wildfire is preferred but not required.

Candidates must be able to work as a facilitator with all engineers, and must demonstrate abilities to take decisions without direct supervision. Excellent leadership, communications and customer relationship skills are required. This position requires knowledge of GD&T.
