RESPONSIBILITIES: Human Resources Administration: • Assists HR Managers with the recruitment process. • Coordinates all temp requests and maintains reports for staffing activities. • Processes all tuition reimbursement and training requests after reviewing with HR Managers. • Assists in the tracking & maintenance of Performance Evaluations. • Serves as a backup to assist in the completion of new hire enrollments and changes in our HRIS system. • Assists with the annual Benefits Open Enrollment period. • Updates directory photos & HR links on Intranet & HR site. • Assists with travel arrangements and maintaining an orderly HR file room. Employee Relations • Supports US Director of HR and team as needed • Assists with the planning of employee activities and the preparation of some communication programs. • Coordinates employee activities in the various office locations-- such as Town Hall meetings, wellness fairs, and flu shot clinics. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff. Attention to detail, organizational skills and an ability to handle multiple tasks are essential to perform effectively in this position. The individual should be a self-starter to have the ability to take ownership of a task from start to finish. A high level of trustworthiness is essential, as he/she will handle sensitive and confidential information. Practical proficiency in business software such as Windows, HRIS, PowerPoint, Word and Excel is required. Applicants should have a “can do” approach to tasks.
