<![CDATA[In addition to having plenty of floor and wall area for multiple or large-scale projects, studio amenities include heat, a-c, ceiling fans, track lighting, display space, art library, conference/lounge space, sound system, toilet, storage space, "kitchenette", secure parking. There's a 7-11 next door and lots of artists in the neighborhood. I would expect to share costs on a pro-rata basis. Monthly costs are around $.50 per sq. ft. In other words, for one artist to share the space, the monthly lease plus utilities would be about $500 each. If I share with two other artists, it would drop to about $333 per month. This is a serious work space, not a residence. I have a one-year lease that runs until April 15, 2009, but can be extended. I use the space primarily for oil painting, so if you do work that creates dust, we may need to figure out how to work together. I'm open to considering modifications to suit your needs.
