<p>-Prepares detailed testing and other documentation, and coordinates implementation with ESM staff and clients, as needed; verifies and edits test data in new or existing systems to verify system/database model quality and integrity.</p>
<p>-Performs software installation and troubleshooting as it relates to reporting environment; participates in continuous process refinement and improvement.</p>
<p>-Participates/facilitates data requirements definition (e.g. extracts, sourcing, reporting) and design sessions; writes and maintains detailed technical documentation to record the architecture and development for system data projects.</p>
<p>-Trains company employees and customers on system usage; builds positive relationships with customers, and serving as an advocate for ESM, by providing ongoing support and technical expertise to users and departments regarding application, departmental processes, as it pertains to data.</p>
<p>-Follows all ESM prescribed policies, procedures, standards and methodologies for system development and those pertaining to ethics, security and privacy in information systems.</p>
<p>-Develops and maintains auditing processes to reporting environment performance and software functionality.</p>
<p>-Works with functional manager and integration peers to ensure interface environment standards are accurate, and that the technical environment is maintained and upgraded to ensure maximum effectiveness.</p>
