POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Handle all aspects of establishing new investment accounts from account application to transfer completion
<br>
- Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and meet deadlines

- Assist with customer service issues
<br>
- Provide ongoing account servicing, including deposits and withdrawals
<br>
- Place trades for investment accounts
<br>
- Monitor cash balances within accounts
<br>
- Assist in preparation of client reviews
<br>
- Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality
<br>
- Develop and implement procedures for maximum efficiency
<br>

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
<br>
- Good work ethic and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
<br>
- Strong client service approach
<br>
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office Suite and contact management software
<br>
- Experience with industry software, such as PortfolioCenter, is a plus
<br>
- Efficient, organized, and detail oriented
<br>
- Enthusiastic, friendly personality, that works well in a fast-paced, small office
<br>
- Ability to work independently, be resourceful, and react well under pressure
<br>
- Familiarity with multiple investment products such as mutual funds, fee based and brokerage accounts, variable annuities, and variable life insurance
<br>
- One to three years experience in investment sales support role desired
<br>
- Bachelors degree required
<br>
- Series 7 helpful, but not required
<br>
- Experience with LPL Financial Ledger helpful
