The Call Center Patient Support Specialist's role encompasses two entities; the first is fielding incoming After Hours/ER calls; and the second is fielding Refund Request calls. Your ultimate goal is to provide the highest level of customer service to each and every caller. The Patient Support Specialist supports the patient, the physicians and the center staff by maintaining the respectful and confidential rapport needed to serve each individual’s particular situation; the PSS also assists the patient/customer in receiving a refund for a previously placed deposit with a LSL office by effectively communicating information to the office via both the Call Center Program and the Tracker program.
