Having only a little bit of fellowship here & not many opportunities for music ministry , I am expanding the area of craigslist ads to get other players into playing. So here’s what I am looking to do: I’m looking for other players (another lead guitar , keys, bass, & drummer) that are in love with the Lord Jesus and enjoy challenging themselves musically & aren’t afraid of improvisation. The musical "influences" that I play in and have a style like are in the vein of the Allman Brothers Band, BB king, Bob Dylan, & even Bob Marley. I have numerous "originals" that a dear pastor friend of mine wrote (I was lead guitar in his band), being truly psalms, songs which lyrics are SATURATED with scripture, not just "worship" songs. I would prefer to play with players that are over 30 at the very least, as this age group would have more of a grasp of the musical styles I am seeking to play in (this is NOT something set in stone, however).
