The Intrepreter request form needs AJAX dynamic content changing the available terps to display the proper ones for the selected city and state, as needed, right on the form. The franchise-like system, will let "sub site owners", (ie affiliates) be able to set their own start up price and hourly prices, will have its own interpreters, ie, basically there own dynamic version of the current site. They will not be able to see other data, that is not tied to them. There needs to be a super-admin level, that can do anything in the system, to any site, any interpreter, etc. (Ie. complete top level access) This new level user, will also be the one with access to give out subsite-admin accounts to the new affiliates as needed. The billing and invoices will only be controlable by the super-admin.
