While serving the industry for 35 years, this company does business with organizations ranging from Fortune 500 giants to the newest start-ups rely on this company and its worldwide network of logistics specialists to provide Total Service. <br> <br> <br> Maintain and ensure cost control and evaluation of benefit programs maintaining a standard of review 60 days prior to renewals. <br> Execute and implement HRIS upgrades and HR self-service portal rollout. Including evaluating Time and Attendance systems. <br> Conduct a comprehensive analysis of compensation methods and the exisiting plan. Also conduct an executive compenation analysis providing analytical and benchmarking data for comparison to the executive team. Present analytical findings and recommendations within 90 days. <br> Develop a p0rocess for periodic reporting reporting (i.e. monthly or quarterly) and analysis of HR issues within six months, in addition to regulatory reporting requirements.
