RESPONSIBILITIES:

Human Resources Administration:

• Assists HR Managers with the recruitment process.

• Coordinates all temp requests and maintains reports for staffing activities.

• Assists in the tracking & maintenance of Performance Evaluations.

Qualifications:

We are currently searching for an associate for our Chicago office. The associate will play a pivotal role in the development of candidates for both current and future searches for the company. The roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Research to have an expanded knowledge base within each search and practice that you will be working within.

• Conduct candidate interviews and report via firm's candidate evaluation process

• Write candidate profiles to provide clients critical information on individuals that aid in the selection process.

• Work as secondary client contact on searches and work to enhance relationships for the firm.

• Schedule interviews, preps and debriefs for candidates that interview with firm's clients.
<br>
• Conduct and write reference checks, employment and education verification and salary verification as needed for clients.

• Identify and forward job leads for all functional areas to the appropriate partner.
<br>

Qualifications
<br>
• Minimum three years of business experience with at least two years in a search firm.
<br>
• Experience in both name generation and recruitment for either a contingent or retained firm.
<br>
• Passion for the business and strong interest in doing retained search.
<br>
• Versatile knowledge base, with the ability to work on searches in several different industries.
<br>
• Strong written and verbal skills.
<br>
• Exceptional phone skills.
<br>
• Ability to work on many projects simultaneously.
<br>
• Able to ask hard questions and obtain key information to distinguish top candidates.
