All files that require updates must be updated before an issue arises from a customer / Carrier. <br> • Must provide technical support to all purchasing customers to a reasonable level (one day max) and determine if an issue has a quick solution and if not elevate the issue to the appropriate OEM. <br> • Maintain communication with customer/s and OEMs in all elevated issues ensuring a proper solution in a reasonable time. <br> • Shall provide complete technical support to all internal customers within a reasonable time period. (one day max) <br> • Work closely with the software engineers with all new wireless hardware and computer components to insure compatibility. <br> • Test all new products on current provisioning system to maintain a 90% first run successes. <br> • Fully understand selected OEM’s tools, cables and devices as the lead product engineer for the OEM.
