Will assist in activities supporting the implementation and adoption of HealthTrust’s new confidential Spend Analytics business line. <br> <br> Will be required to work with multiple HealthTrust expansion of spend solution United Nations Standard Product and Services Code (UNSPSC®), based custom categorization taxonomy from 7,400 to an estimated 54,000 categories, in order to provide more granular reporting capabilities. <br> • Uses custom categorization taxonomy, while leveraging spend solution and content partner resources, to identify potential functionally equivalent items, based on confidence ratings, using multiple variables and inputs. <br> • Works with management in the development and scheduled execution of aggregated HealthTrust reports, tracking the purchasing activities and patterns for the combined HealthTrust membership. <br> • Tracks to member-specific project plans for the spend analytics implementation, while coordinating with the member, vendor, and Member Services, to ensure that timelines are followed, and all necessary actions are completed. <br> • Uses spend solution to identify line item level contracted price and unit-of-measure discrepancies at the member and facility specific levels, and works with member, Member Services, and manufacturer to resolve when necessary. <br> • Performs non-contract spend analysis on aggregated HealthTrust spend and volume to identify additional contracting opportunities for the Contracting and Acquisition Management group. <br> • Analyzes reports and works with HealthTrust Member Standardization team to determine and prioritize which member vendor and items should be loaded to HealthTrust master files, based on aggregated member spend and volume. <br> • Researches and enriches member spend data to increase spend solution match rate, and provides enriched data for loading to the HealthTrust master files. <br> • Retrieves, researches, maps, and resolves member specific purchase order and/or invoice transaction history to match to HealthTrust contract portfolio and HCA Healthcare non-contract item master. <br> • Participates in the quality assurance process of 650,000 UNSPSC® classified and normalized descriptions produced by third party content provider. <br> • Participates in preparation of member specific education and training materials for spend analytics implementation, and coordinates with member to ensure successful adoption and continued utilization. <br> • Participates in the development of education materials and training activities for the Member Services and Customer Support groups within HealthTrust. <br> • Generates and analyzes exception reports, based on member specific business rules, to identify, analyze, resolve, and escalate member issues to management when necessary. <br> • Actively participates in an environment that encourages information sharing, team-based resolutions, cross-training, and process improvement within the department, or area managed, to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and service excellence. <br> • Assists with the development, tracking, and administration of detail audit logs/reports for confidential member purchasing and contract pricing data. <br> • Participates in the development and application of HealthTrust Spend Analytics business line policies and procedures. <br> <br>
