We are a small rescue and we do this from our home so we only take in 5 dogs at a time. We screen all potential adopters very well with 2 home checks, a vet and friend reference and also follow up visits, also if the adopters decide they cannot keep the dog they must bring him back to one of us, this is in our contracts. We also keep you posted on how the dog is doing with pictures, e-mails and phone calls, your also allowed to come visit anytime. I'm home all the time so the rescues have round the clock care and supervision. We have alot of walking trails in the woods nearby and they are walked throughout the day. We are also no kill, so no matter how long it takes, the rescue will find a home. Even if it takes years. Our main requirement for taking in a dog is that he/she is friendly with strangers. I also always ask if you can sponsor the dog you bring, this means when you drop the dog off, you donate $35 to his care, it buys food and we cover everything else as far as heart worm testing, yearly shots and rabies shots, dewormings and spaying/neutering. Sponsoring is not a must but it never hurts to ask, We are willing to help regardless.]]>

<![CDATA[We have hauled several animals over the past few years. Anything from dogs, cats, horses, pigs, goats, etc. We have an open stock 16 foot 3 horse slant load horse trailer that we use to haul large animals or multiple animals. If this trailer we can haul, depending on the horses size and behavior, up to 4 horses in this trailer without the slants. If you animal has a hard time loading, then that's okay, We will not rush the animal into the trailer. The last horse we hauled, the owners tried a two horse trailer and about 3 hours of work to try to get the horse loaded. It only took us maybe 10 mins if that to load the horse into our trailer. For smaller animals we will use our truck and not use the trailer. New tires, lights, safe, etc. On long hauls we provide resting times for both animal and driver. We also have a 16 foot closed cargo trailer as well that we can use. This trailer is ventilated. During the hotter months it will have an air conditioner And for the colder months, it will have a heater. We an experienced hauler. We have hauled the truck and trailer to several states. We charge by the mile on long hauls round trip. Locals we charge a minimum fee depending on what is being transported and if we need to trailer or not. It has 2 gold fish 6+ " long, 1 pleco, 7+ ", 1 black tail catfish 5+ ", 2 platties, and 4 dinos (2 gold, 2 zebra) All go with the tank. The second tank is a 20 gallon long tank that has everything but a filter. It broke and I just moved the fish into the big tank. It has gravel, plants (no log) hood, light, air pump. I was told that she is a female,she is 5 ft long & about as big around as my forearm, she is pretty big, she is very friendly, has never bitten and loves to be out. She eats very well, medium to large rats every two weeks. She comes with a huge home it is costume made it has the heat lights for day and night, its about 5 feet long 2 feet wide and 2 feet high. <![CDATA[I have 2 male dwarf hamsters that we got last yr for my sons birthday. They were supposed to be my husband and my son's responsibilities, but if you are a mom you know how that goes. They tend to it for a little while and then we end up taking over. The hamsters come with their cage which is a critter carrier it has the built in ball, observe tower that you can open and get them out, water bottle and food dish. That cost $50 alone new. I bought the house that goes inside. I also have an almost full bag of food, some treats/chews. I have spent well over $200 in the last year between the original purchase of everything and then the upkeep of bedding, food, and treats. I have developed an allergy to them and I really need them gone ASAP. I am asking a small rehoming fee of $75 OBO which includes the 2 hamsters, cage, food, treats/chews, and new bedding. I will even clean the cage 1 last time before you come pick it up. I usually clean it once every couple of weeks unless it is really bothering me then once a week. COME SEE US AND READ DOWN PLEASE!!! <center></h1> There will most likely be two ferrets from the shelter there on Sunday so call first to be sure they aren't adopted at shelter! The kill shelter is bringing alot of awesome dogs! Also a couple of the rescue dogs that were pulled from a kill shelter! These dogs need fosters or preferably adopted! To see pictures of rescue dogs and dogs shelter is bringing please go to www.kimberskritters.org Flaggers you might be sending a dog to an early grave :( Kimber's Kritters DOES NOT and NEVER has put dogs to sleep. However, we let shelters bring dogs to the event to adopt and they DO have to put to sleep when they are full. Come at about 1:15 to 1:45 and watch the shelters bringing them in on Saturdays. Shelters have no other choice when they get full but to put a dog to sleep and this helps the dogs a little more even when we're full!. Whomever is flagging why don't you come see the shelters pick up the dogs at about 5:00 on Sundays!. Shelters dogs we know that will be coming are listed on our website with COURTESY beside them - sometimes they bring more. Please don't adopt just out of pity though! These are actual shelter pictures or pictures they had made where the dogs are Some coming from the shelter - it is their last chance! This isn't to pull on heartstrings its the brutal truth. These have all had their shots and been quarantined of course! Come adopt a dog! They are awesome dogs but when shelters are full they have to be put to sleep if not adopted:( When you adopt one dog it makes room for another dog in our foster program! <![CDATA[ We are independent rescuers but have fallen on bad times. We ar ein a hotel and do not have any place for a pregnant cat. We have taken care of her son- Who we believe to be her older son for awhile and were planning on taking both in to get fixed but she has gotten pregnant before we were able to setup a rover appointment. She is due within the next 2-3 weeks. As she is huge but no milk yet. Her son is the sweetest cat and was easy to tame but he is still scared of new people. She will sit right by you when you feed her but run if you try to pet her.. Not far though. ONly a few feet. I would try to get her into Nashville humane but I think she would flip out being that she seems to never have been in a house before or have ealt with people too much. I have too many cats of my own and also ones up for adoption in our little hotel room. I literally have no place for her inside. I have received some unsavory characters contacting me. Be assured I will not be letting her go to just anyone. I have 2 people who have offered to help with vet care and also getting her spayed when the time comes. I can also take her after her kittens get adopted if need be. If someone can take her until the babies are old enough to be adopted 2 months at least, it would be a life saver for her and me. I will do the work to get them adopted if someone can foster her. If a rescue can take her, someone has offered for vet care and I would love to help with vet trips if I can as well or setting up rover for the kittens as well. <![CDATA[We are a 501c3 rescue in the middle TN area. We have been asked to help with a hoarding case involving 38 dogs. We are looking for foster help for 9 dogs for 10-14 days. There are 2 female Great Pyrenees, 1 male Great Pyrenees, 1 boxer/lab mix, 1 female shepherd mix and 4 border collie mix puppies. The animals in need have been provided with basic vetting and are healthy but thin. All but the shepherd female mix and the puppies have been spayed/neutered already. All the dogs are friendly, although we do not think any of these dogs should go into homes with lots of other dogs for obvious reasons. These dogs need some TLC and attention, but will be wonderful pets once ready. Rescue pays for any medical expenses which may arise, although we don't expect any problems. He is a rare, beautiful red merle pup. I have had him fully vetted. He has been neutered, had 3 sets of puppy shots, had his rabies shot, been de-wormed several times and has been vet checked. He is on heartworm preventative and has his monthly Frontline applied since he was rescued. He loves cats, dogs and kids. He is an extremely intelligent and playful pup and likes to "heel" at your feet on walks! To tell you a little bit about her, she came into our lives almost 4 years ago when she showed up on our doorstep covered in fleas, hungry and covered in mud. I went to all the shelters in town and after 2-3 weeks of no one claiming her we decided to take her. She has been with us ever since and is been so wonderful. She gets along with my other dog and also my roommates Rottweiler puppy. She is NOT a puppy and I will make that clear. But once you meet her would never know it. The vet thinks she's about 5 years old so she has a lot of life left in her. My living situation will be changing and sadly I just have no way of keeping her. I don't need a rehoming fee. She is already fixed and is up to date on her shots and frontline. She obviously isn't a fighter so good luck trying to get her to hurt a fly. ha She gets along with other dogs and has been around children as young as a year old and has had no problems. She loves the dog park but more than that she loves to be loved. During the day (when it's pretty) she stays outside and plays with the other dogs, at night she is always right next to my bed. She will sleep until you wake up. Basically what I'm trying to say is she's the best dog there is. She's house/leash trained and has never chewed or torn anything up in my house the entire time I've had her. He also would like to be an only pet (we have another cat who really annoys him because he wants to play a lot). Dogs are also a no no, he gets very aggressive around them. Unfortunately almost all of our neighbors have gotten one in the last few years. He is an indoor cat but always gets out because of our 3 kids. We love him to death but he is just not getting what he needs with us. He wants to be petted all the time. He will go where ever you go.
