If you want to know what we expect of ourselves at Concept Technology, consider this fact: we’re one of the few IT consulting and outsourcing companies you’ll ever see that don’t lock clients in with contracts. If a client isn’t delighted with the service we provide, nothing is stopping them from firing us on the spot and finding a new vendor. Oh, and we don’t resell any hardware or software either. Every cent of the revenue we get comes from hourly fees. In other words, we’ve put ourselves on the hook to keep our clients happy 100% of the time. Which means all of out team members have to be not only well-versed in a wide variety of platforms; they also have to have excellent communication and customer service skills—not to mention organizational skills and plenty of self-motivation.

We know you’re out there. We’ve already found some of you, and as a result, we’re one of the fifty fastest growing companies in Middle Tennessee, averaging over 100% growth in each of the last three years.

If you’re energized by the challenge of a place like Concept Technology, we’d love to see your résumé. We look forward to hearing from you.

| You don’t want to sit in the same cubicle for the next three years talking to the same fifteen people, performing the same processes on the same systems. Do you? Sure, you’re technical, maybe even a little geeky. But you still want to be heroic. And why shouldn’t you be? You’ve got skills that are valuable. You’ve got the ability to provide real solutions to real problems that clients simply can’t handle on their own.

At Concept Technology, we understand what people like you are worth—and not just in dollars (though with a base pay of $40-45k, great benefits, a retirement plan with employer matching, and the opportunity to earn quarterly benefits, we’re not doing bad in that department). We understand that giving you ownership of the work you do is good for the soul and good for business too. We understand that job loyalty is a two-way street, that real productivity and real profitability come from giving the right team members the freedom to succeed, not from tightening the screws.

Balancing life and work means recognizing that work is life too, and ought to look as much as possible like the kind of life you want to live. That’s why our team members get their own laptops and company cars and a generous continuing education allowance. It’s why we keep the kitchen stocked at our Music Row offices. It’s why we don’t wear uniforms.
