We know there are a lot of people interested in both, so we want to provide you with a great opportunity to bring Brazil a little closer to New York.

| The mismanagement of personal relationships remains one of the great thieves of our finer energies. As long as negativity and drama dominate, there's little if anything that can be done to help our evolution.

*Change and freedom lie in doing and thinking differently. You become what you do and what you think. Knowledge that leads to different action is what liberates. Without action there is only fantasy.

*Most of us have experienced moments when we tasted a sense of overwhelming freedom—glimpses of being truly alive. These moments, often difficult to define in words, seem to occur randomly and too infrequently. However, with appropriate effort, these moments can occur at will.

*One of the aims in the struggle toward becoming more alive is to diminish the authority of our lower selves and place them in the service of our higher selves. By carefully observing the extent to which lower selves dominate our life, we can begin to struggle against them.

Through group work, you can learn how to:

+Manage personal relationships with ease and enjoyment
+Calm your emotions and create clarity of mind
+Develop your intuition

+Become an actor not a reactor

The makeover program is designed to get you in the best shape possible in a short amount of time. It takes dedication and hard work but will help you reach and surpass your goals. The program includes 6 weeks in boot camp, where you attend class 3xs a week, 10 one on one training session to target your specific goals and problem areas as well as step by step nutritional guidance.

"Hey Stacy, I joined your boot camp an admitted skeptic. After being disenchanted with the gym after 10 years of working out seriously and seeing little to no results over the past year I wasn't sure much would change after joining your boot camp. But I'm happy to report that after 2 classes I lost 8 pounds which was my initial goal and brought me to my target weight of 175 lbs. And thanks boot camp and eating right I was able to carve out a 6-pack --- something I haven't been able to do since I began working out 10 years ago. Amazing! I've seen more results in 6 weeks than 10 years. My energy and confidence are both through the roof. Amazing! " Eric, 33 years old.
This class will stun you with the following information:

• 5 greatest myths about planning for college—and why listening to other parents or a guidance counselor will cost you!
• How to double, or in some cases triple, your eligibility for FREE grant money.
• How even millionaires and parents making a good six figure income are getting tons of free grant money, and how you can too!
• How to get the colleges to practically line up and beg your student to come to their school.
• The amazing way some parents put their kids through college, and end up in better financial shape than when they started—even though they hadn’t saved a nickel for school.
• The ONE single mistake 91% of all parents make that costs them thousands….and they don’t even realize it. PLUS, how YOU can avoid making the same mistake.
• What to do right now if you haven’t saved a single dime for college; or, what to do if you did save money for school----but…… it’s not enough, you lost it all in the market, or you had to spend it somewhere else. BONUS: How NOT to be punished if you did save enough for college - don’t lose out because you were thrifty!
• How to obtain a “tax scholarship” to pay for ALL of your tuition—right from the IRS. 100% legal, but not one in 1000 accountants knows how to get it!
• Why following the advice of an accountant or financial planner can cost you buckets of free money…AND, why you need to avoid the new college savings plans like the plague! What you don’t know on this CAN cost you a boatload.
• The absolute, GUARANTEED most expensive way to send a child to school….and how to avoid it!

NOTE: If you think you make too much money to get any aid (or that’s what you’ve been told), you absolutely MUST attend this class to learn the shocking truth about who DOES get money for college. There really is hope, despite what you’ve heard!
This seminar is strictly informational – so nothing is for sale…. so don’t hesitate to come. Select the seminar that best fits your schedule, and make your reservations NOW! Don’t hate yourself for not getting valuable information that can save you an absolute fortune.

Your child is your teacher and your mirror. He or she is showing you exactly what you need to look for within yourself. When you embrace and welcome this mirror, you begin to heal yourself and relate to your child in present time - but if you resist, you often get stuck in judgment, guilt, and frustration. In this lecture you will learn how to communicate with your child's higher self, see what their spirit needs and learn how to support them to become fully who they really are.

Class Teacher:
Pnina Zoharah has practiced the art of clairvoyance, intuitive healing and spiritual guidance for 16 years. Her ability to teach the wisdom of universal experience will allow you to let go and see the “Big Picture.” You will discover how to exist with the spiritual freedom you desire and gain the ability to follow your destiny.

You. Central Park. An Australian Professional Rugby player.
Those are the three elements that go into Aussie Bootcamp – a program developed by International Rugby player Luke Milton that takes you out of the gym and into the park.
With six years of experience as a professional, International athlete, Luke has developed this program out of a love for the outdoors and a passion for helping people get in shape. Beyond his background in rugby, Luke is fully certified and has trained clients in Sydney as well as at Equinox in New York City. He is also currently a member of the New York Athletic Club Rugby team.
With spring upon the city, the park serves as the perfect backdrop for fitness. No equipment, no machines - all you need is your body and a good attitude and you’ll be ready for the Hamptons before you know it. Through a combination of cardio, core and strength training, Aussie Bootcamp effectively targets all of those “problem areas” while simultaneously providing overall toning and conditioning. Lamppost sprints, lunges, stairs, tricep dips, push-ups and sit ups are only a few of the exercises you can expect to encounter.
We accept clients of all fitness levels and encourage you to bring a friend or co-worker. While each member of the team will receive personalized attention and weekly fitness assessments, a key element of Aussie Bootcamp is the energy and motivation that results from a group environment.
Fitness is fun…but isn’t everything always better with an accent? For more information and to reserve your spot on the team email aussiebootcamp@gmail.com

I'm tired of looking at writing workshops that cost hundreds of dollars and spend half the time talking about grammar and basics. What I want is a group of people who are working on projects of their own (advanced writers or serious beginners) and are searching for a group of dedicated peers to workshop their pieces (fiction or nonfiction).

I want to keep it small so I'm looking for 8-10 writers who would be willing to meet for a block of time (probably 2-3 hours) once a week.

*****This is not a book club or a class, but a forum for people who are serious about the process of writing and looking for other writers to give them feedback.

Get in touch with me if you're interested; I will most likely ask for a writing sample (just to make sure we're all in the same page) and hopefully we can get organized sometime in early june.
Rehearsals: Tuesday nights

Rehearsal Neighborhood: Manhattan

The Jubilee Chorus is committed to glorifying and serving God through musical excellence. We pray our lives and the lives of others will be profoundly changed as we are brought together, sharing our faith through music ministry. We are an ecumenical chorus supporting one another in the spiritual journey. With Christ, our desire is to offer hope and healing to change our world. We commit to providing our members with the opportunity to sing a varied repertoire of great choral music, primarily classical, but also well-crafted contemporary music and spirituals. We strive to achieve the highest standard of performance through our music ministry.

The Chorus is a key part of a non-profit global music ministry currently based in over 20 countries throughout the world. The Jubilee Chorus of New York City is now being formed and will join this rapidly growing and exciting ministry. Performances will take place monthly at a variety of churches and venues throughout New York City and on occasion will also include instrumentalists from The Jubilee Symphony Orchestra, another part of this broad music ministry.

Currently, Jubilee members in other locations consist of a beautifully diverse group of individuals from a wide variety of fields, church choir members seeking a broader experience, students, music professionals and more. The common attribute is that these are people with music in their hearts who seek to grow spiritually and musically while serving God through a community of fellowship.

The Jubilee Chorus of New York City will be comprised of 24 members. Rehearsals will be conducted weekly on Tuesday evenings from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
