After much trouble with the client - he approved of the work made final payment with his credit card and when he got the work files (the website) he called his credit card company and forced a refund. Our company is not out the money it cost to build the site. As a company we wrote this off. John Mavroidis of Rent A Magician then proceeded to contact us through email and phone calls saying - if we did not re-design the site FREE of charge he would go all over the net spreading terrible things about our company. He kept his promise and started a BLACKMAIL and EXTORTION campaign against us. We had to report him to the FBI and Cybercrime.org - Today - after posting this information on ehow - he called our company and made DEATH THREATS against me and my family. He said "I will come to Texas and put a Bullet in your Head and your wife" This is a criminal act and we have filled formal criminal charges with the police. Summitt joined the Lady Vols in 1974 and has since become the winningest coach in NCAA basketball history. In 1999, she was inducted with the inaugural class into the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame and, in 2000, she was inducted, with Isiah Thomas, into the Basketball Hall of Fame. They never had cage space for him. He is declawed and afraid of the other KittyKind cats that I have. The stress is not good for him, but there was never any place to put him. Tiger was taken in by KittyKind and an Intake fee was paid to KittyKind. He was described as a "Special Needs Cat". He was labeled Unadoptable. Tiger suddenly got crystals that blocked his bladder. I could not take him to the emergency room in Brooklyn, they only take cash or credit cards. They referred me to the Animal Medical Center. I made a few calls and could not reach anyone at KittyKind. I called a vet tech in Brooklyn who said he needed help ASAP or he could die within 24 hours. It could not be left for the next day when KittyKind's vet opened. Tiger went to the Animal Medical Center. He was in such bad shape they kept him for a day or two. He needed around the clock monitoring of antibiotics and intravenous fluids. After much debate KittyKind started paying the bill and I continued receiving late notices from the Animal Medical Center until almost 7 months later it was paid in full. KittyKind promised to pay for his vet costs, fluids and special diet if I would keep him and 3 months later sent a letter to my vet saying they would no longer pay for his meds etc. They never notified me - the letter was sent to my vet. Leo is another of KittyKind's Extra Special Abandoned cats. He was diabetic and had mouth cancer and ear polyps. His diabetic supplies, insulin, needles and most follow up care were never supplied by KittyKind. His ear polyps surgery was not paid for by KittyKind. His initial mouth surgery was not paid for by KittyKind. ]]>
