Role Overview The Setup Configuration Analyst is responsible for configuring and testing Hewitt's proprietary Total Benefits Administration system to meet the needs of our clients' requirements. Configuration involves using proprietary systems and tools to set parameters in the System as defined by analysis from the Systems Analyst . Testing involves the preparation of test data and the execution of test cases in accordance with test plans developed by the SA. The SCA works most closely with the SA on the team. Required Skills for a new SCA They must demonstrate strong communication skills, critical thinking, quality focus, self management, team orientation, a strong learning agility, adaptability, flexibility and multi-tasking skills. Equivalent Experience Candidates with experience in working with rational databases (DB2, Oracle, MS Access) and/or SQL experience. A recent degree in a computer science field such as MIS would also be relevant.
