<![CDATA[Setup Configuration Analyst - We are looking for entry level applicants and applicants with 1-2 years work experience!! <br> <br> Role Overview <br> The Setup Configuration Analyst is responsible for configuring and testing Hewitt's proprietary Total Benefits Administration system to meet the needs of our clients' requirements. Configuration involves using proprietary systems and tools to set parameters in the System as defined by analysis from the Systems Analyst . Testing involves the preparation of test data and the execution of test cases in accordance with test plans developed by the SA. The SCA works most closely with the SA on the team. <br> <br> Successful SCAs <br> Successful SCAs will possess strong learning agility, technical, problem solving, and communication skills. They will clearly demonstrate an ability to think critically and logically, breaking large problems into smaller, manageable ones. A successful SCA will manage their work independently and communicate any risk in completing that work. The top SCAs can navigate through lots of information from several different sources, synthesize and infer, reflect, and suggest action for next steps. Likewise, they will work effectively in a virtual team environment and will adapt their communication style, as needed, to complete their work on time. <br> <br> Required Skills for a new SCA <br> They must demonstrate strong communication skills, critical thinking, quality focus, self management, team orientation, a strong learning agility, adaptability, flexibility and multi-tasking skills. <br> <br> Equivalent Experience <br> Candidates with experience in working with rational databases (DB2, Oracle, MS Access) and/or SQL experience.
