Before we moved we were told by my ex-wife that we could stay with her and my 14 yr old daughter to get on our feet. After everything sounding great over the phone we get here to find out she has a major drinking problem that she is very good at hiding (just a few glasses of white wine along with darvocet for her back pain) and forgets what she says and does. The whole time we have been here we have been in disagreement about her coming home drunk from work and speaking mean and hateful words. I called the police last week because she came home drunk and along with her was her x-boyfriend she picked up from jail. My ex turned violent last week because my daughters were told she wouldn’t be allowing her ex-bf back to stay and they were hurt from her lie when they seen him get out of the car! I mainly called police because she wanted to leave with my 14 yr old in the car while she was drunk. When the police came they checked us all out in the system and a order of protection against me (that I was never served and is not taken notice by the state of FL but only by county) from my ex came up from 6 yrs ago...still active! so I had to sign agreeing that I would keep away from the house. My ex decided to let me stay after my daughters pleaded and begged, she gave in but only if I stay in a room and not be seen.
My daughters are afraid of me leaving because they don’t want to see dad live in the streets. The biggest reason they don’t want me to leave is because my ex has her ex-boyfriend here supposedly till he can get up enough money to get his truck on the road, I don’t know how he’s going to drive it...he don’t have a license and has NO money or anyone to help him as well! We all feel he is just waiting for me to leave so he can stay by kissing up to my ex and trying to do the same with my children. My 20 year old and I and her two cats are in the middle of nowhere along with my 14 yr old who shouldn’t stay but is brain washed by mom with lies and spoiling her with gifts now she doesn’t want to leave. (even though I have custody of her in another state that isn’t good here) My ex wont help me at all period when it comes to a ride (we flew here) a phone or cell, money or food! Thank goodness I am able to sneak on this computer when she leaves. I would like to relocate to a place such as Orlando to get on our feet.
Both my ex and her ex-boyfriend like to drink each night and we are waiting for them to fight as they have in the past over her cheating on him. My daughters do not want me to leave until he is gone. We all have the feeling they are getting back together and he wont be leaving at all! I am able to work but live in the sticks. No ride. No where to live. I don’t have any drug or drinking problems. No problems with the law. I have a clean driver license. I want to just get on my feet and take care of my children. I don’t have any family other than my two daughters. I don’t know anyone here at all! We don’t want to find the two cats a home because they are all we have other than the two suit cases and cat carriers we got off the plane with. Its getting close to the end because she is moving in 2 weeks and we are tired of hibernating in one room away from them. PLEASE CAN ANYONE OUT THERE HELP MY CHILDREN AND I? I DON’T HAVE A CLUE WHAT TO DO! PLEASE CONTACT US BY YAHOO MAIL AT summer32788@yahoo.com or you can use the link above. THANK YOU! | Volunteer Opportunity - Bus Drivers Needed

Do you possess a Class B drivers License? Do you love working with Teenagers? Are you free from July 27 - July 30 this summer? If so, we are in need of your time. We are having a local mission opportunity for Middle School Students in the Oviedo/Winter Springs/Chuluota/Geneva area in Seminole County called Mission Interact, you can go to www.missioninteract.com and check out all the details. We have busses that will need to be driven each morning and afternoon taking the students to different sites in the area to minister to the community and then on Wednesday evening, we are having a big event, Holy Hype Night, at Lawton Chiles Middle School in Oviedo. This event is our students way of giving back to their community. What we need will be drivers who have a clean driving record, with a Passenger endorsement (which is very easy to obtain if you already have a class A or B commercial drivers license). You also would need to pass a background check which will be done at our expense. Your willingness to help in this endeavor is greatly appreciated and you will most definitely have a blast doing it as well. All we ask is a cheerful attitude during the time with the students and a willing heart. God bless you for considering helping us out this summer. If you are willing to help with this, either fill out the form on www.missioninteract.com or send an e-mail to John or call me at 407-417-0489 and leave me a message if I do not answer.
I have been through a lot growing up but still made it through everything strong and with a positive outlook on life.
The beginning of my 12th grade year in high school i was going through some family problems which cause me to drop out. I'm looking back on that now that time is coming up to graduate and wish i could go back in time and still be in school.

It has always been a dream of mine to go to bartending school. But its unfortunate that right now I do not have the money for the school. My family I wouldnt say comes into the high class range, if you know what i mean. I know if they had the money to support me they would but they dont.

Right now i am very focused on finding some way to get into the school. Now that i am 18 it is legal for me to take the classes SO IM VERY EXCITED ABOUT THAT!

the class is 598$ for 40hours. Which is going full time mon-sat.

but you can break the payments down into two.
To sign up its 398$ and later it will be 200$.

What I am asking if anyone would like to support me to go to school. And help me accomplish a dream I have always had.
I am more then willing to help someone out if they can help me out. By that i mean doing things around the house or some kind of favors for them.

Please take this into consideration and email me!

Thank you so much

If you are a responsible and quiet adult with horse experience - you are welcome to volunteer at our facility. Unfortunately, due to the unpredictability of rescue horses and the trauma they have endured, we can only accept adult volunteers.

The volunteer work will entail anything from cleaning stalls, making feed, grooming, bathing and handling the horses. There will most likely be no riding as these horses are being professionally trained by the owner, once they have been rehabilitated.

Currently, there is no network in place that bridges the gap between the different types of birth place options--we'd like to educate women and help them make the BEST and most comfortable choice for themselves and their babies.

In the newsletter, we hope to address a myriad of topics including healthy pregnancy, birth safety, birth preparation, breastfeeding support, legislation updates, real life birth stories, life with the new baby, positive parenting tips and more.

The audience will be women of child-bearing age and we are hoping to reach a generous and varied demographic. It is our goal to publish this newsletter on a quarterly basis and offer it via the web/pdf format.

We are in need of the following skilled volunteers to help get this project off the ground:

We take in every type of native wildlife and this is our busiest time as the spring/summer time is when most baby animals are born and we are overwhelmed by orphans each year. Currently, we have raccoons, opossums, baby birds, bunnies, ducks, etc. Volunteers are asked to help feed, clean cages, administer medication, wash the never ending dishes and bedding and even assist on releases of healthy animals. We don't require any special training or experience- just a love of animals!

Currently, we work out of the home of Mary Jane Isner, the founder of the organization and we are located in Altamonte Springs, not far from the mall. We ask that volunteers commit to one three hour shift per week for a minimum of three months. Shifts generally run from (approximately) 8am to 11am, 11am to 2pm, and 3pm to 6pm. At this time all our weekend shifts are full.

The smallest country in the rugged Andean highlands, Ecuador has an array of vibrant indigenous cultures, well-preserved colonial architecture, otherworldly volcanic landscapes, dense rainforest and sublime islands - all in a nation no bigger than the US state of Nevada. Therefore, the gap between the rich and poor is growing. Therefore, the dropout rate is very high and very few graduate. Make new friends! Make your own cocoa from scratch!
Angel Food is available in a quantity that can fit into a medium-sized box at $30 per unit. Each month's menu is different than the previous month and consists of both fresh and frozen items with an average retail value of approximately $60. Comparison shopping has been done across the country in various communities using a wide range of retail grocery stores and has resulted in the same food items costing from between $42 and $78.

Generally, one unit of food assists in feeding a family of four for about one week or a single senior citizen for almost a month. The food is all the same high quality one could purchase at a grocery store. There are no second-hand items, no damaged or out-dated goods, no dented cans without labels, no day-old breads and no produce that is almost too ripe.

Also offered are specialty boxes such as steaks, chicken and pork. Many participants in this bonus program appreciate the expanded choices. Additionally, there is no limit to the number of units or bonus foods an individual can receive, and there are no applications to complete or qualifications to which participants must adhere. Angel Food Ministries also participates in the U.S. Food Stamp program, using the Off-Line Food Stamp Voucher system.
