Overall, candidates need to have a demonstrated track record of 6+ years as a Windows System Administrator in a large enterprise. Perform Moves/Adds/Changes on Avaya G3 Definity with little or no technical assistance. Also a plus would be experience and/or certification on the S8300/8400/8500/8700 Communication Manager Systems. Must have practical understanding of basic data base, basic wiring, networking, telephones and trunking associated with the traditional and converged telephone systems. Must be able to perform local and remote software changes and repair procedures using appropriate technical documentation. Position will be servicing customers in the branch service area or possibly site dedicated at a customer site.
