MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Follow Company procedures for commissioning projects including completion of Commissioning Book.

Commission control systems as assigned and obtain customer acceptance of assigned projects.

Deliver on-site systems training for owners personnel.

Perform service calls to resolve customer control system issues, provide system evaluation services and system issue consultation.
<br>
Arrive at the job site fully prepared with product, tools, and documentation to perform the required work or service in a efficient and quality manner

Identify and resolve errors or deficiencies between planned work and actual job site conditions. Inform management (OpenTech Project Designer and Project Manager) of issues and obtain their approval prior to implementing changes that require a deviation from the planned site documentation.

Complete all required paperwork in a neat and legible manner, obtain customer signature for service or warranty work and submit in a timely manner.
<br>
Provide remote computer diagnostics and support as required to resolve problems identified by the customer or employees involved with the issue
<br>
Maintain adequate files and documentation for all assigned projects including updating of OpenTech files and documentation with all changes.
<br>
Continuously build personal knowledge of control systems, open control systems, applications, networks, keyboarding, personal computers and programs to enable you to perform assigned technical tasks.
<br>
Participate in weekend “on-call” duty on a regular rotating assignment. Call customer back when paged with 20 minutes of receiving a page. Resolve issue as required to ensure customer satisfaction. Respond to emergency calls when “on-call” duty or as requested.
