<![CDATA[POSITION TITLE: Case Management Representative <br> <br> START: March, 2010 <br> <br> WHERE: Savannah, GA <br> <br> DUTIES: Under general supervision, provides support to clients and manages caseloads and determine eligibility for clients in child care. <br> <br> HOURS: Full-time (40 hours per week) – Monday through Friday (8-5) <br> <br> JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & PERFORMANCE STANDARDS: <br> <br> - Interviews clients to determine initial or continued eligibility for child care. <br> - Processes applications and/or reviews using appropriate criteria and policies consistently and according to established guidelines. <br> - Establishes and processes claims for overpayment s <br> - Formulates child care plan for all clients requiring this service in order to participate and compiles a waiting list of applicants for child care services. <br> - Refers clients to other agency, public and community resources which focus on employability or other client needs.
