DUTIES: Under general supervision, provides support to clients and manages caseloads and determine eligibility for clients in child care.
<br>
<br>
HOURS: Full-time (40 hours per week) – Monday through Friday (8-5)
<br>

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:
<br>
<br>
- Interviews clients to determine initial or continued eligibility for child care.
<br>
- Processes applications and/or reviews using appropriate criteria and policies consistently and according to established guidelines.
<br>
- Establishes and processes claims for overpayment s
<br>
- Formulates child care plan for all clients requiring this service in order to participate and compiles a waiting list of applicants for child care services.
<br>
- Refers clients to other agency, public and community resources which focus on employability or other client needs. Responds to public requests for information.
<br>
- Performs case management duties, monitoring attendance and progress toward goals.
<br>
Offers all appropriate support services to participant, updating written and electronic records according to established procedures.
<br>
- Completes required documentation for eligibility systems.
<br>
- Maintains knowledge of current policies, laws, trends, and developments in the field by reading appropriate policy notices /interpretations, and attending training sessions, meetings, and conferences.
<br>
- Maintains required documentation and completes reports.
<br>

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
<br>
- At least one year of case management or customer services experience.
<br>
- Ability to work independently and to be self-motivated.
<br>
- Experience in MS Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint preferred.
<br>
- Professional telephone etiquette required.
<br>
- Follow-up and follow-through on all assignments.
