We are a 15 attorney law firm located in Hampton, South Carolina with two satellite offices seeking a full time position in our IT department. We have approximately 50 workstations and use a wide variety of hardware devices and software. The role of this position will be to ensure that the network operating systems, network devices, workstation equipment and software are operating efficiently and reliably.

Responsibilities:
<br>
<br>
Ensure network connectivity of all servers, workstations, telephony equipment, and other network appliances.
<br>
Ensure the availability, continuity and security of data through proper scheduling and monitoring of system backups, off site storage and disaster preparedness planning.
<br>
Configure networks to ensure their reliable operation for fulfilling business objectives and processes as well as maintaining documentation as it relates to network configuration, network mapping, workstation inventory and
<br>
service records.
<br>
Installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network and end user workstation hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
<br>
Provide technical support on telephone, videoconferencing and dictation equipment.
<br>
Provide end user training on Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, Acrobat Professional and other software/hardware as needed.
<br>
Conduct research and provide specific hardware and software acquisition recommendations and advise management on the latest computers and communication/equipment technology

Qualifications:

Associates degree in Computer Technology/Science or A+, Network+ and Security+ certifications
<br>
Two or more years of experience with computer systems and networking
<br>
Good organizational skills to balance, prioritize work, and multitask
<br>
Good communication skills to communicate with support personnel, managers, and vendors
<br>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
<br>

Oversee all aspects of assigned projects to include:

1. Single point of contact between customer and RAM for assigned project deliverables.

2. Develop project timelines.

3. Oversee project logistical requirements.

4. Assigns project personnel and organizes project staff according to project requirements.
<br>
5. Lead the project team through all aspects of the project.
<br>
6. Resolve issues identified by the project team.
<br>
7. Reviews project deliverables for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, and customer contract requirements, and related specifications.

8. Evaluates and approves design changes, specifications, and drawing releases.
<br>
9. Oversee project details to ensure that the project is completed on-time, within budget, with zero defects, and to the highest level of customer satisfaction.

10. Approve timesheets and expense reports for your team.

11. Initiate corrective actions to mitigate any issues that might negatively impact the project.

12. Organize and Lead project meetings with team members and customers.
