<![CDATA[ A Relationship Support Group For Men Many men seem to have distinct issues in intimate relationships, such as difficulty expressing anger in a healthy way, being able to feel and express emotions such as sadness and grief, wanting to withdraw during conflict, and becoming dependent on their partner. This support group will attempt to enable it's members to approach their intimate relationships with new relationship skills in order to have new , more healthy, more intimate and better functioning relationships. Using group discussion of personal experiences, discussing books such as Gottman's " Why Marriages Succeed Or Fail ", and viewing videos, the members significant relationships will be explored and members will be supported and encouraged in changing their behavior in those relationships. In a safe, supportive, and cooperative setting, with like minded people, members will be encouraged to express themselves and find answers to their relationship issues.
