We wrote this policy to be read, not skimmed past. It covers everything Cities Online collects. Updated October 17, 2026.
What do you collect?
If you write to us through a form, we get what you type in: usually your name, email address and message. We only use it to respond to your message.
Standard server logs (time, IP address, page and browser) are kept by our host for security.
Usage counts (a calculator was used, a link was clicked) are stored without anything that identifies you.
Do my calculator numbers get sent to you?
Tool and calculator inputs never leave your device.
To be handy, the site can remember what you typed last, on your own device only.
Do you use cookies?
We don’t set tracking cookies of our own, and there is nothing to sign up for to read the site.
If we use analytics (such as Google Analytics) or show ads, those services may set cookies to measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser.
Do you sell or share my data?
No one buys personal data from us. The only people who see your information are us and the providers that keep the site running, unless the law requires otherwise.
How do I get my data deleted?
Questions, corrections or deletion requests: privacy@cities-online.com.
Anything else?
This is a general-audience site; we don’t knowingly collect anything from children under 13. If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
